Our key machine "digibox" allows you to check in also outside reception opening hours (after 7:00 p.m.)

If you are planning to arrive late, please contact our reception in time in order to get your PIN code.

If there is a short-term availability of rooms for the same evening, we are also accessible by telephone after 7 p.m.(+43-1-534 98 ext 900 or 904). In this case you will also receive a PIN code for the room key.

To secure a booking with the deposit of the key in the “digibox” we require a credit card number.

You will find the key machine left of the front door Freyung 6a on the outer wall.
All room keys also unlock this gate and the inner door to the staircase.

Would you like to be picked up from the airport or train station? We have been working together for years with a taxi service that takes excellent care of our guests.

The chauffeur will bring you also the room key in case you arrive outside reception hours.
