Information regarding your stay

Upon arrival, our guests will receive a room key that also unlocks the entrance door (entrance Freyung 6a on the outside and entrance door Benediktushaus on the inside). Please always carry your keys with you during your stay!

On request, there is also a second key available for each room. Please keep the key safe and immediately notify the reception in the case of loss.

Please do not forget to return your key upon your departure!

Check-in: after 14:00
Check-out: before 10:00

You can store your luggage in the luggage deposit on the 3rd floor (please note our opening times). We assume no liability for baggage.

On request, we will gladly book a low-priced airport transfer service for you.
(Shuttle service, travel time approx. 1 hour)
